If a church needed a Minister or a Minister a Church, How would each use this site to find each other?
Or Could they? and if so how would they?
Is this something the site can or should do?

I gues the short answer is, they can't - except by pure chance. The old pastors' forum had a folder dedicated to pastors looking for a church and churches looking for a pastor. This one is not set up this way. There are other websites where you can post your CV or ministry opening.
