I am reposting this because I have not seen it show up on the news page. Seems news worthy.
Is this showing up on the News Page for anyone?
I'm sorry, but I sure can't accomodate our president on this request.
In my way of looking at this we are laying a burden on the next generation that will enslave them to a debt they will never be able to pay off. We are selling the next generation into financial slavery to pay off a debt they will never be able to repay.
In Larry Burquett's book "The Coming Economic Earthquake" he describes what will happen if we don't change directions. So far his predictions have been right on target so I think he deserves to be taken seriously. He points out that a financial collapse of the U.S. dollar will result in the dollar being replaced as the world currency standard, and that when that happened to the British pound it caused such a huge economic earthquate in Britain that she still has not recovered.
This generation is going to, for the first time in history, pass on a nation that is in much worse condition than the one we inherited. Why? Becuase of irresponsable actions. This causes me to pray for those who will take over the mess they receive.

I am totally with you here. We are deep in debt and simply cannot afford to spend anymore. Our leaders have lost their minds. Who in their right mind believes that we need to spend more money in ourder to save an economy that is sinking due to our debt?
I do not believe the Obama Healthcare plan is actually about healthcare either. It does NOT address any of the issues that actually make health care so expensive. Besides, the government has never, never, never run anything more efficiently (except the military) than the private sector. The government needs to help address cost savings issues. What Obama wants is Socialism and Health care is the surest path to it.

Well I will say this I am NOT going to promote his Health Care Program as I think it is a bad thing for America. My guess is that he has so many against it he has to try and use someone who can influnce people, so he calls for the Pastore. Isn't that a joke?

Whether one likes or dislikes the Obama health care plan; what about the bigger issue; that ain't what the pulpit is for...
Maybe, maybe not. If you believe our country is being destroyed - it's difficult to think you should not say anything about it.
I agree the pulpit isn't the place to promote Health care
