I am unable to add anything to my profile except my picture. I switched from my alternate browser to IE thinking that might help, and it didn't. I am getting quite acquainted with my bio, testimony, and favorite verses (which is probably a good thing) seeing as how I have typed them 4 times now, but I would like for these changes to be saved to keep from having to do it a 5th time. I have other things to do today :)

Symptom:
When I click on the save button at the bottom of the page, it simply takes me back to the top of the page. When I close out of the edit profile section, none of my changes are saved

Is there something wrong with the site today that would be causing this to happen.

Leaving my "Edit Profile" window open until further notice,

Question: When you save your profile, and it takes you to the top of the page, do you see a green box indicating that your profile has been updated? See the screenshot below. Also note that even when your profile is updated, because we "cache" pages for 15 minutes, you will not see the changes immediately. Basically, we don't create the page new and fresh every single time, but only every 10-15 minutes.

I just figured this out about 10 minutes ago! It's a bug and I've put it in the queue at high priority.

Basically, several fields are failing validation, but you can't see them because they are on a different tab. Before saving, click on the "Church Profile" tab. You will probably find that there are "-1" values in the "Years in Role" and "Years in Ministry" fields. Correct these values, and you should be able to save your profile now.

There are several errors here, but mainly you get a -1 if there's no value, which it not correct. Let me know if that works for you. Thanks for your patience.

Yeah, I've done that before and it still did not work. So, I just did it again without changing anything else and it still does not seem to work as in I did not get the green box.

Thanks!
